Dispatch & Intelligence Analyst
Builds the dossiers that decide which platforms the directorate moves against — and holds the watch when it does.
Role Summary
The Dispatch & Intelligence Analyst builds the target dossiers that decide where THE RESET deploys its counter-operations and is the voice in the headset when they run. The role tracks extractive platforms — Helix Social, Tessellate Labs, Greymarket Data Exchange, and others — across open-source feeds, Instrumentation Mesh returns, and GOVERNOR intelligence, ranks targets against the Counter-Op Tier doctrine, and holds the operational clock and abort authority on-watch. A wrong dossier does not just waste a deployment; it can put a counter-pattern in front of the wrong user population.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and maintain target-platform dossiers from open-source intelligence, Instrumentation Mesh telemetry, and GOVERNOR analysis to a sourced, confidence-rated standard.
- Prioritize targets against the Counter-Op Tier doctrine, recommending the lowest tier — Observe, Nudge, Friction, Counter-Pattern, or Detox-Sanction — that achieves the remediation outcome.
- Task and track counter-op assets against active and queued operations from the Counter-Op Dispatch Bay, maintaining the live operational picture with GOVERNOR data.
- Relay escalation authorizations and hold the abort authority on-watch, exercising it without hesitation when the tier no longer holds or exposure risk exceeds tolerance.
- Protect sources and methods under FREE-WILL-3 handling and compartment intelligence product appropriately across the directorate.
- Maintain the dispatch log as a primary, time-stamped operational and evidentiary record for after-action review and legal accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Intelligence-analysis, OSINT, or operations-center background with documented watch experience.
- Cool, precise communication discipline under operational tempo.
- Rigorous sourcing and analytic-confidence discipline across multiple intelligence streams.
- Discretion appropriate to FREE-WILL-3 clearance and multi-compartment operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in platform-integrity investigations, digital-fraud analysis, or technology-sector intelligence.
- Familiarity with THE GOVERNOR's tasking console and the Counter-Op Dispatch Bay.
- Availability for rotating watch shifts including nights and weekends during active operations.
